Arrivel Kathmandu D
Met and transfer to your hotel. Later visit 2000 years old swoyambhunath stupa, also popularly known as monkey temple. The temple charms with its great dazzling stupa, while at the same time offers a marvelous view of Kathmandu Valley. Next destination is Patan, the oldest and second largest of the three cities in Kathmandu valley. Patan likes to recall its old name LALITPUR (city of beauty). Above all, it remains a proud city of artisans; Patan produces nearly all Nepal’s fine metal work. Enroute stop at a Tibetan carpet factory where you can see the spinning, dyeing and weaving of Tibetan carpets. After Dinner at a local restaurant, return to hotel for overnight.
Kathmandu – Pokhara B/L/D - ( Aprox. 203 KM - 6 Hours Drive )
Morning proceed to Pokhara, the second largest city in Nepal. Check into your hotel. Later in the evening, enjoy boating at Fewa lake where you may get a chance to see the beautiful Himalayan panorama, especially Machhapuchare (Fish tail), Annapurna, and Dhaulagiri Himal. Walk around lakeside area which offers lots of shopping as well.
Pokhara B/L/D
Morning visit various parts of the lakeside village, and enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramas in the world made up by the Annapurna Himal, majestic Machhapuchhare and other surrounding snow-capped peaks. We also visit Davis fall, followed by the Tibetan refugee camp where the barter trading still continues. Later visit old market, Vindhebasini temple as well as Seti George.
Pokhara – Manakama -Kathmandu B/L/D
Morning drive back to Kathmandu & enroute visit Manakana temple (God of wishdom), Evening free at leisure or shopping. Overnight at your hotel.
Kathmandu–Nagarkot B/L/D
Visit famous durbar square of Kathmandu, and Hanumandhoka (Hanuman gate) and Kasthamandap dominated by Shiva temple where the “Living virgin Goddess” Kumari lived. Also walk past God Shiva and Parvati temple, Narayan temple, Seto bhairab, Kal bhairab and Taleju temple from 17th century. Continue to Boudhanath, one of the largest stupa in the world and then drive 1.5 – 2 hrs to Nagarkot (2300 M). Check-into your hotel and enjoy lovely scenery where on a clear day, you can get excellent view of the Himalayan range at sunset, and even at times, the mighty Mount Everest.
Nagarkot – Kathmandu B/L/D
Wake up early to get breathtaking glimpse of Nagarkot, providing view to various mountain ranges of Langtang, Amadablam, Dorje Lhakpa, Chobha bhamre, Manaslu etc a lovely scenic spot, at sun rise. You may wish to walk upto Nagarkot village. Late morning drive to Kathmandu enroute visiting Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Rest of the day free at leisure or for your shopping. Overnight
Kathmandu -Departure B
Morning, transfer to airport for your onward flight.
